Tutorial How to Get Email Verification Code (VC)

In most cases, your email address will already be verified during the registration process, as you are prompted to complete email verification at that time.

Whenever you try to change important security settings—such as your password, passkey, or email address—you will first be asked to verify your email before you can continue.

Please make sure you tap Get Verification Code first. After that, complete the CAPTCHA. Once the CAPTCHA is passed, the verification code will be sent to your email. The code is usually delivered within a few minutes and is only valid for a limited time.

Open your email inbox and look for the message from Trade W. If you do not see it in your Primary inbox, please also check your Spam or Junk folders.

Open the email and find your Verification Code (VC), then return to the Email verification page in the app.

Enter the Verification Code (VC) and tap Submit.

Once the code is confirmed, your email verification will be completed and you can proceed with your requested changes.
