1. Campaign Overview
This campaign is themed “Refer Friends to Trade and Compete in the Ranking to Win an ASUS ROG Strix G16 Laptop, iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB, or JBL Live 770NC.” The campaign features monthly ranking rewards. Clients who rank among the top three based on the number of referred friends who complete trading and who meet the minimum requirements will respectively receive the following rewards: ASUS ROG Strix G16 Gaming Laptop, iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB, and JBL Live 770NC.

A. Campaign Period
25 March 2026 00:00 - 30 April 2026 at 24:00 (GMT+8). Referral and trading data after the deadline will not be included in the statistics.

B. Eligible Participants
All compliant platform clients are eligible to participate (excluding Partner Program).

2. Campaign Rules
A. Ranking Criteria
During the campaign period, the ranking will be determined based on the number of valid referred friends who complete deposit and trading. If multiple participants have the same number of referred friends who completed deposits, the ranking will be determined by the trading lots of the referred friends, with the higher number ranking higher. If both the number of referred friends and trading lots are the same, the ranking will be determined by the completion time of the last valid trade, with the earlier time ranking higher.

B. Definition of Valid Invited Friend
1. The referred person must be a new user: no deposit or trading completed before the campaign, and not a duplicate registered account;
2. The referred person must complete a deposit during the campaign period (the deposit amount must meet the platform’s minimum deposit requirement), and complete valid trading;
3. The referred person cannot not join the Partner Program, and the account status must be normal (with no freezing, suspension, or other violations), otherwise the referred person will not be counted as a valid referred friend.

C. Minimum Requirements for the Top Three
Even if a participant ranks among the top three, the corresponding minimum requirements must still be met in order to receive the reward. If the requirements are not met, the reward qualification for that ranking will be cancelled, and the reward slot will not be transferred to the next participant:
1. First place requirement: at least 40 valid referred friends must be referred, and the total trading volume of all valid referred friends must be ≥ 600 lots;
2. Second place requirement: at least 35 valid referred friends must be referred, and the total trading volume of all valid referred friends must be ≥ 400 lots;
3. Third place requirement: at least 30 valid referred friends must be referred, and the total trading volume of all valid referred friends must be ≥ 200 lots.

D. Data Statistics Explanation
1. Trading lots will be based on the valid trading lots recorded by the platform system. Cancelled trades and invalid trades (such as fake trading and trades in violation of platform rules) will not be included in the accumulated total;
2. The referral relationship must be established through the platform’s referral link or referral code. Once successfully bound during the campaign period, it cannot be changed. Friends who are not bound through official referral channels will not be counted as valid referrals;
3. Within 3 working days after the campaign ends, the platform will publish the ranking results and qualification status through official channels. The announcement period will last for 2 working days. Users may verify their own data during this period. If there is any objection, users may contact customer support to submit an appeal. Failure to submit an appeal before the deadline will be regarded as acceptance of the result.

Third place: JBL Live 770NC, value ≈ $1000

B. Reward Claim Rules
1. After the announcement period ends without objections, the platform will notify the winners through SMS, in-app messages, or phone calls. Winners must contact customer support within 7 working days to verify their identity information (name, contact details, delivery address, etc.), and provide compliant identification documents;
2. The rewards will be arranged for distribution within 15 - 30 working days after identity verification is completed successfully;
3. Winners are responsible for the taxes associated with the rewards (such as personal income tax). The platform may assist with the relevant procedures, and the tax amount will be subject to the requirements of the local tax authority;
4. If a winner fails to contact customer support within the required time, refuses to provide identification documents, or refuses to bear the applicable taxes, it will be regarded as voluntary forfeiture of the reward, and the platform will not reissue it;
5. The rewards may be converted into trading cash as well.

4. Cost Control and Compliance Explanation
Prohibited Behavior and Violation Handling
a. Participants are strictly prohibited from using improper methods to manipulate the ranking, including malicious registration, account farming, fake deposits, fake trading, or mutual referrals between related accounts. Once detected by the platform, the participant will immediately be disqualified, any rewards already obtained will be withdrawn (if already issued), the relevant account will be frozen, and further responsibility for the violation may be pursued;
b. If the referred person is found to have engaged in trading violations or abnormal account activity, the referral will not be counted as a valid referred friend. At the same time, the corresponding trading lots and number of referred friends already counted in the referrer’s ranking data will be deducted.

5. Other Supplementary Notes
a. During the campaign period, if the platform adjusts trading rules, deposit standards, or other related requirements, the updated rules will be announced through official notices. The adjusted rules will apply to invitation and trading activities conducted after the announcement.
b. All rewards in this campaign are brand-new genuine products and come with official brand warranty. The platform does not provide additional extended after-sales services.
