Rules for App Community Chat

Community Chat Rules & Guidelines

The purpose of these rules is to provide clarification for the Terms & Conditions and to serve as official guidelines for the App Community Chat.

Our goal is to create a learning-oriented environment where users can exchange information, practice trading, and discuss various topics in a friendly, supportive, and safe atmosphere.

All participants are responsible for maintaining respectful, responsible, and safe communication. Due to the diversity of our community, everyone must exercise good judgment in written or audio chats. Below are examples of acceptable and unacceptable conduct.

General Rules

1. No SPAM.
2. It is forbidden to share political, SARA-related, indecent, or debate-provoking content.
3. No sharing of personal information such as phone numbers.
4. Do not sell or promote privately owned businesses.
5. Do not trigger emotional conflicts or disputes with other members.
6. Members may post useful content related to trading activities in the App.
7. Shared content from other sources must contain accurate information, not hoaxes.
8. Members must use polite language and avoid offending others.
9. It is forbidden to upload photos, videos, or links containing pornography, sexual content, or violence.
10. Keep the group conducive and supportive of App-related needs.
11. These rules are established for mutual benefit; all members are expected to comply consciously.
12. Admins have the right to issue warnings or sanctions to members who violate the rules.
13. Hate speech is strictly prohibited.
14. Posting sensitive events with significant social, cultural, or political impact is strictly prohibited.

Violation Handling Process

1. Admins will identify issues or receive reports from the community.
2. Depending on the severity of the violation, the member may face immediate suspension while the case is reviewed.
3. Regardless of the outcome, the reported member may be temporarily restricted from commenting in the community chat.
4. Suspended users may appeal via Live Chat. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension upon management recommendation.
5. The App will provide a user-friendly reporting system for objectionable UGC and take appropriate action.
6. Abusive users who violate the Terms of Use or user policy may be removed or blocked.
7. Safeguards will be implemented to ensure in-app monetization does not encourage harmful behavior.
