How to Verify My Account?

Please follow the steps below to complete your account verification:

Step 1: Tap My Account, then select Identity Verification as shown below.

Step 2: On the verification page, select your country/region, choose the ID document type, enter your full name, and fill in the ID number from your document (such as ID Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, etc.). Then tap Next.

Step 3: Enter your bank details. Please make sure the bank account holder name is exactly the same as the name on your ID document, then tap Next.

Step 4: After filling in all required information, carefully review your details to ensure everything is accurate and authentic, then tap Send. The verification process may take up to 24 hours.
