Your account verification may fail for several reasons. Please review the points below to check what might have caused the issue:
Same ID/card used on another account: One ID card and one bank/e-wallet account can only be used to verify one Trade W account. If you have previously registered and verified another account with the same details, please log in to that existing account instead of creating a new one.
Name mismatch for bank verification: If you verify using a bank account, the name on your bank account must match the name on your identity document (ID card/passport). If the owner’s name is different, the verification will be rejected.
E-wallet not fully verified: If you verify using an e-wallet, please ensure that the e-wallet account has been fully verified under your own ID card and is not registered under someone else’s identity.
Incorrect or unclear information: Make sure all information you submit is accurate and authentic, and that uploaded photos are clear, readable, and not cropped or blurred.

How can you allow deposits for unverified account but doesn't allow withdrawal.
The verification page is not opening and people have been complaining about it, yet nothing has been done about it. On that note I strongly advice you not to make a deposit till your account is verified, because is a bit suspicious. Think about it, they allow unverified account to make a deposit but doesn't allow unverified account to make a withdrawal.
